Search+ is a Safari search engine app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, made by Noah Kiger. This policy explains how the app handles information.
Summary
The developer does not collect data from you. Search+ does not use its own servers.
What stays on your device
Your search engine list and settings are stored on your device. They are shared with the Search+ Safari extension through an Apple App Group so the extension can redirect your searches.
Searches
When you search in Safari, your query is sent to the search provider you choose (for example DuckDuckGo, Google, or another engine you configure). Search+ does not receive or store your search queries on any server operated by the developer.
Optional iCloud sync
If you turn on “Sync across devices” in the app, your engine list and settings are stored in your personal iCloud Key-Value storage using your Apple ID. This data is not sent to the developer. You can turn sync off at any time in the app.
